Hello everybody.
As some of you know the official PUBG API has been down since the August 13th patch that went out for console players (XBOX and PS4). Well, we have our update. The PUBG API team has been able to resolve the issue so new matches should be displaying again. Unfortunately it looks like all of the match data that was played during that period has been lost. That means you won't be able to recover or view any of your matches from the August 13th patch until now. It's not completely clear if those matches will count towards your season stats or not.
Here is the PUBG API official statement
Thank you so much for your patience with the issues that we've been having getting console matches since August 13. The issue has been resolved, but we're sorry to say that most of the match data has been lost. However, season stats will still be available from the start of the season. In order to see a player's season stats for a game mode, a match will need to be played for that game mode first.
As always, let me know if you have any questions on twitter or via the contact form.
Cheers.
