This announcement is for console players.
PUBG released an update for console that broke the API. That's why you aren't seeing match data for XBOX and PS4. The API team released an announcement saying that they're working on it but apparently it's a bigger issue than normal. Here are their official statements so far.
We're currently investigating an issue where Xbox and Playstation matches that have been played since last night's maintenance are not available.
We will be working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, but downtime for console could potentially last a few days. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
As always I'll be monitoring any changes and if there is anything PUBG Lookup can do to move things along I'll do it. It's out of my hands at the moment.
Feel free to send me questions on Twitter (@pubglookup or from the contact page if you have any questions.
UPDATE
This is the update we've received from the PUBG API team.
Thank you so much for your patience with the issues that we've been having getting console matches since August 13. The issue has been resolved, but we're sorry to say that most of the match data has been lost. However, season stats will still be available from the start of the season.
In order to see a player's season stats for a game mode, a match will need to be played for that game mode first.
